Life can be overwhelming at times, and finding the right support can make all the difference. As your therapist, my priority is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and truly understood.
My passion for this work stems from a deep understanding of the importance of having a secure and supportive environment during times of hardship. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, fear or depression, my goal is to help you build confidence, strengthen coping skills and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
Each person’s therapeutic journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. My practice is rooted in Mindfulness-Based Therapy, which integrates mental, physical and emotional well being. I also draw from Trauma-informed and Attachment-Based Therapies to help clients cultivate self-awareness, regulate emotions, build healthier relationships and create greater balance in their lives.
Growing up in a large family, I have a deep appreciation for cultural influences and the complexities of family dynamics. As a wife and mother, I also understand the joys and challenges of marriage and parenthood. Outside of my work, I find fulfillment in spending time with loved ones, sharing meals, and expressing my creativity through different projects.
