Staff Psychologist

As your therapist, I believe in creating a positive, welcoming environment for individuals to feel comfortable and supported when sharing their stories and worries. With a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, I bring a diverse academic background, while aiming to provide a safe space for clients to speak their mind, without any fear of judgement.

My goal as your therapist is to provide you with a respectful, compassionate approach, while promoting different methods and techniques to help you gain the most you can from our sessions. While my approach aims to meet your individual needs, my practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).

Throughout our time working together, I hope to help you achieve improvement in your wellbeing; while ensuring you are reminded of your resiliency and strength. After all, you know yourself better than anyone else does, and I hope to use that as a tool to help expand our horizons throughout our time working together.
